In the dishwashing area, you’re indispensable. You and your colleagues make sure the café always has clean equipment. Responsibilities 

• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including cleaning floors, walls, and equipment, and disposing of waste.

• Washing dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, typically using an automatic washer/rinser.

• Sorting dirty dishes, glassware, cutlery, etc., and removing dirt and food residue.

• Placing sorted dishes, cutlery, etc., in designated racks and loading them onto the washer/rinser conveyor.

• Drying or polishing washed items as necessary.

• Transporting clean dishes, cutlery, etc., to their respective usage locations.

About you 

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred. 

• General knowledge of food, safety and hygiene practices (HACCP).

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Available to work at least 2 days per week, including 1 day during the weekend.

Working conditions: we work in a fast-paced kitchen environment standing for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry moderate/heavy loads. 

Chun Benefits

• Daytime working hours (between 08:30 - 18:30).

• Wage starts from €17,58 per hour (including holiday allowance and holiday hours) for employees aged 21 and above depending on experience. When under the age of 21, wages follow the Horeca CAO.
