• Preparation: you ensure all the necessary ingredients and tools are available for making various types of drinks and you follow established recipes and guidelines. In addition you stay knowledgeable about Chun’s current beverage (and food) offerings and preparation techniques. 
• Physical demands: you’re on your feet the majority of the day, whether you are standing behind bar pulling shots, assembling drinks or walking the cafe floor. You're able to perform precision work with your hands operating the espresso machines and other bar equipement. You have the ability to smell and taste, which helps ensure quality control for each cup (and plate).
• Hygiene: prioritise hygiene in every aspect of our work. Personal hygiene and keeping the bar and front-of-house area clean plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of the drinks we prepare.
• Teamwork: collaborate with other bar staff, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to encourage a positive and efficient work environment throughout the day. You support your team by taking joy in the tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly and efficiently. These tasks may vary, but can include cleaning, sweeping, mopping, organising condiment stations, and taking out trash.

• Strongly passionate about coffee, matcha and making drinks in general.
• Experienced working with an espresso machine and ability to pour basic latte art.
